由浙江外国语学院主办的第五届拉美研究与中拉合作协同创新论坛，暨“一带一路”新蓝图下中国与拉丁美洲合作国际学术研讨会将于2018年11月23日在杭州华北饭店举行，现将会议有关事宜通知如下：

一、会议时间：

2018年11月22-24日，会期3天（11月22日报到、11月23日开会、11月24日离开）

二、会议地点：

杭州市华北饭店（中国人民解放军浙江省军区第一招待所）: 浙江省杭州市西湖区北山路栖霞岭18号。

三、会议议题：

此次学术会议将主要围绕以下三个议题展开：

议题一：浙江企业走向拉美

议题二：中拉经贸合作

议题三：中拉人文交流

四、会议费用：

本次会议不收取会务费，主办方对每篇录用论文的一位作者免费提供交通和住宿（交通方式仅限火车）。

We would be very pleased to invite you to attend the 5th International Collaborative Innovation Forum Latin American Studies and China-Latin America Cooperation

under the themeChina-Latin America Cooperation in the New Blueprint of the Belt and Road Initiative hosted by Zhejiang International Studies University. The symposium will be held on November23, 2018 at the Huabei Hotel in Hangzhou. The relevant matters of the symposium are hereby notified as follows:

1. Time:

November 22-24, 2018

2. Place:

Huabei Hotel, Hangzhou: No. 18, Qixia Ling, Beishan Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

3. Topics:

The symposium will focus on the following three topics:

Topic 1: Zhejiang enterprises go to Latin America

Topic 2: Economic and trade cooperation between China and Latin America

Topic 3: Cultural exchange between China and Latin America

We invite proposals for 20 minute presentations. The languages of the seminar will be Chinese, Spanish and English. The symposium does not charge conference fees.
